Alongside doing design and visual content for the HP Sprocket app, I also led the in-app and inbox messaging on the Sprocket Marketing team. I created weekly messages to over 1.5M users through in-app or os-level push messages to lead to the app’s inbox. From copywriting, creating imagery, managing the ongoing content roadmap, localizing messages with translations to using Airship as the CRM tool, I was committed to bringing both exciting and relative content to best engage our customers.
